Goods in stock will normally be dispatched to destinations in the UK within 3-5 working days.
In case of deliveries to non-UK countries the delivery time depends on the forwarding route and destination and/or recipient country. All estimated delivery dates or delivery periods specified above are without obligation unless explicitly agreed upon as binding by both parties. In the event of a delay in delivery of our goods, a final deadline fixed by the customer, as the case may be, must be at least one week. If, by way of exception, an article is no longer available or has a longer term of delivery, we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date or, alternatively the decline to deliver. We reserve the right to deliver by instalments, if we consider this favourable with regard to quick settlement of the transaction and if reasonable for the customer. This will neither limit nor exclude the legal warranty claims of the customer. The customer shall not bear any additional shipping costs arising due to delivery by instalments. If we are, through no fault of our own, unable to deliver the ordered goods because one of our suppliers fails to or is unable to meet his contractual obligations, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer will of course be informed of the non-availability of the goods and any payments already received will be reimbursed immediately. If a delivery is impossible due to Force Majeure (severe weather, strike and the like), the periods of delivery will be extended appropriately.
Postage and shipping costs
Shipping costs for deliveries within The United Kingdom:
Delivery is free of charge for orders of £50.00 or more. For orders below £50.00, we will charge a flat shipping rate of £10.00 for postage and packing. Shipping will take 3-5 working days.
Shipping costs for deliveries to other countries:
If you order from Ireland or any other country within the EU we will charge a flat shipping rate of £10.00 for postage and packing (any order value).
If you order from Norway or another non-EU country we will charge £15.00 for postage and packing regardless the order value.
Delivery outside Europe:
Please note that we do not ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the US.
Important note: Proper customs clearance in case of return shipment rests on the customer!
Please note that you may use the delivered goods for test purposes in the same way you would when trying them on in a shop, as long as you have not decided to keep them. In case of additional use we reserve the right to claim an adequate compensation for lost value.
If the size does not fit, you do not like the article or if you ordered several sizes, you can, of course, return the delivered goods within 14 days from receipt.
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) if you want to return articles from the UK or any other country.
If you live in the UK we will send you a prepaid postage return label via email which you only need to print and stick on the parcel. Please bring the package to a post office (Parcel Force). It will be sent to us free of charge. The return address is also given on this address label.
We ask for your understanding that return costs of any other way of returning the goods cannot be refunded.
If the order was delivered to a country outside the EU, we kindly ask you to send the shoes back at your own cost.
As handling returned goods via FedEx is not possible for us, please make sure you send the goods back to us via any other mailing company except FedEx.
